Yes! Our instructors are trained to give different levels and modifications for each exercise. They will give examples to make things harder or easier, so take which option works
best for you!
Wear workout clothes that you feel comfortable in. Depending on the class, grip socks, which are sold at the studio or tennis shoes are required. (See class descriptions for details) Bring a water bottle, sweat towel and a get ready to work!
Each class is scheduled for 45-50 minutes with the last 3-5 minutes being dedicated to a good deep stretch after you've worked so hard!
It all depends on you! Your commitment, dedication, and consistency will be the biggest factor. We suggest taking at least 3-5 classes per week to see real results. Switching up the type of classes so that your body is constantly challenged helps too!
To hold a membership, please send a written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org and expect 48 business hours to have the hold start. You can hold your membership for 1-3 months.
If cancelling a membership, a 30 day written notice to email@example.com email is required.
