Music and tempo will keep you upbeat 

and motivated in this full body, 

nonstop workout flow. 
A combination of traditional Pilates exercises with a contemporary, Powercore athletic style.
Get ready to shake, sweat, lengthen and tone while enhancing your balance, 

core strength and flexibility. 

Exercises performed on a Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformer.  

Non-slip grippy socks required.

If you're in the market for getting a full body tone and tightening, this class is for you!
The music will be pumping, the energy will be high and your abs, shoulders, arms,
glutes and quads will be on fire. 

Class will include the jumpboard 

every week which will get
your heart rate up and leave you burning calories for hours after!

 This class is a mix of exercises that will lengthen and chisel your muscles.
Expect to move your body in all planes of motion for a full body workout.
Using varying spring tension on the Balanced Body Tower of Power
which offers your body a fuller range of motion, increasing
mobility, flexibility and core strength.

the Reformer equipment 
as well as props such as the Pilates chair, magic circle, bands, dumbbells and more!

 feeling sweaty and strong!

Our signature Barre classes are like no other!  This unique class is guaranteed to make you shake and sweat while lengthening and toning every muscle in your body.  

You'll use use your own body weight for resistance while working at the mat and barre along with props such as light weights, 

magic circle, bosu ball and more!

Power Hour

Lift, Sweat, Repeat

Power Hour

This class is designed to target every angle of your abs, arms, shoulders,
glutes and thighs while mixing it up with strength and cardio. 
Each week you will receive a different 

format that will target your entire 

body while focusing on raising and 

lowering your heart rate.  
Weights, bands, TRX and more will be used to get that deepest burn possible! 

Tennis shoes required.

This class will get you burning from head to toe and will help you really see
how strong you can get over time with consistency.
You will focus on strengthening certain muscles over the course of the month. 
By repeating exercises you will be able to

 Who doesn't love adding a little fun and competition while working up a sweat and getting a total body strength workout.  This is will be a game of Roulette where each week you will play a different workout game!

low-impact cardio workout will improve your coordination and balance, as well as enhance your posture, tone your muscles 

and strengthen your core.
